Go Batty in Peachland with BEEPS

Learn about these fascinating mammals along the easy, one-kilometre Bat House Interpretive Trail in Peachland. Meet at Peachland Historic School at 6:30 for a short drive to the trailhead on Beach Avenue. Species at Risk Specialist, Tanya Luszcz from Environment and Climate Change Canada will be your expert facilitator, “edutaining” audiences of all ages along the tour. Return to the Peachland Historic School to view the live camera feed, make a bat craft, echolocation identification of bat species and a bat count.
