All BEEPS activities are governed by applicable Provincial Health Order protocols.

BEEPS provides and participates in year-round programs and events locally in Peachland and beyond, intended to raise our profile and awareness of the plight of bats. By sharing our knowledge and resources and gaining valuable insight from peers, researchers, and other conservation stakeholders, we are able to examine and employ best practices across many disciplines to deliver the most current information. The goal is to alleviate or dispel fear and ignite a passion for the conservation of amazing bats, the only mammals capable of true flight. By engaging the general population, we are able to track bat numbers, health, and protect their habitat. BEEPS and other conservationists continue their mission to raise awareness of their value.
